Returns
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production of a personalized item has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
